Furnished all labor, materials, and equipment to replace a Liebert PDX/MC 3-ton air-cooled split system A/C unit in the MRI Control Room, Building 1 East. Scope included LOTO coordination with VA staff, removal and full refrigerant reclamation of the existing unit, installation of the new unit and condenser on the existing stand, piping and electrical/data connections, leak verification, startup and commissioning, and full site cleanup.
Furnished all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the LED lighting and power supply for the exterior identification sign at the Zablocki VA Medical Center, including removal of failed LED components and power supply, installation of new LED lighting and power supply, and the electrical connections required to return the sign to service.
Supplied and installed 8 new signs, including 7 double-sided metal wayfinding signs and 1 illuminated “Urgent Care” channel letter sign mounted to the building — covering design, fabrication, installation, electrical connection, and removal/disposal of existing signage, plus layout design and VA proof/file approval. OSHA compliance and landscaping protection maintained throughout.
Furnished all labor, materials, and equipment to replace and relocate the Liebert CRAC unit serving the MRI Electrical Room in an occupied medical center. Scope included relocating electrical panel ELLBD and installing a new breaker and disconnect, running new power supply to the unit, tying into existing chilled water lines with a 60-foot extension, setting a new roof-mounted condenser by crane with structural roof-curb framing, GPR scanning and 4-inch core drilling through two concrete floor slabs to run line sets and power cable to the basement electrical room, completing all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC connections, sealing penetrations, charging the system with 410A refrigerant, and full cleanup with final COR inspection — performed under ICRA Class IV infection control with negative-pressure containment and HEPA scrubbing, PIV-badged personnel, and shift work scheduled around clinical operations.
